IAQ Analytics reports of ISO comparison and/or WHO GMP comparison refer to ISO 14644-1 (2015) Section 4.3 Table 1, Indoor Air Particle counts for In-Operation conditions, WHO Good Manufacturing Practice, WHO Technical Report Series, No. 961, 2011, Section 4.6.2 and Table 1, Airborne particle concentrations, and 14644-1 (2015) Section A.4.1 Table A.1, Sampling locations. To be evaluated for an ISO/WHO comparison, the correct number of replicates has been entered. To be evaluated for an ISO/WHO comparison, the correct sample duration has been achieved. To be evaluated for an ISO/WHO comparison, the customer has supplied a current calibration certificate.

The following page/s contains the data submitted by the customer and their compliance level status. IAQ Analytics relies solely on the data it has received from the customer to produce this report. Instructions have been provided to the customer on replicate requirements and sample length times. In assessing for ISO Compliance, IAQ Analytics uses only two of the particle sizes submitted in accordance with ISO 14644-1 (2015) Section 4.2 and 4.4. Sample lengths are set at 1 minute to comply with the requirements of WHO GMP TRS961 (2011) Section 4.6.2. Comparison to WHO GMP grade B In-Operation requires a 2.5 min sampling duration. If comparison to WHO GMP grade B In-Operation is sought, retest with a 2.5 min sampling duration.
