The site and the submitter

I understand that all information on this site is protected by Copyright, or international Intellectual Property laws, or is proprietary to IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd. It is prohibited to reproduce text, images, code or algorithms from this site in any way without the express permission of the site owners and all stakeholders in IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd. The reports generated are based upon information entered by me and/or my business partner and/or my/our employee and I take full responsibility on my own and their behalf for the accuracy or inaccuracy of that entered information. In the case where my business partner and/or employee entered information, I the client am the responsible party if the information is inaccurate, or if it contains typographical errors or does not represent the truth of collected data with respect to locations, dates, counts, remediation actions, and meter readings.

The equipment, the data and the report

I understand that I am responsible for the calibration and correct usage of any equipment used to collect samples and data. I understand that I am responsible for the validity, functional state, and correct usage of any disposable reagents or renewable parts of equipment used to collect my samples and data. I understand that any reports produced using the information entered, are reports exclusively for use by me, being the client, and that any such report can only be passed on to my direct customer, and only in full. Each full report document provided to me by IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd contains a declaration that the report cannot be passed beyond my direct customer, and I agree that I and/or my business partners and/or employees will only provide the document to that specific customer and only with the declaration being present and readable. I take full responsibility for any errors by me, and/or my business partners and/or employees, in the entering of information and I do not hold IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd responsible for any inaccuracies in reports produced from this site based on the information that any of - me, and/or my business partners and/or my/our employees - have supplied to IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd.

Relationship to published standards and guidelines

I do not hold IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd responsible for my customer's premises conforming to any national or international standards of cleanliness. I take full responsibility myself for whether any premises adheres to any standards of cleanliness, and as such I do not hold IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd responsible for defending/supporting any indoor air quality clearance, or surface cleanliness clearance, that the company provides in any written report. I understand that the algorithms used by IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd , while derived from publicly available guidelines for indoor environmental quality are not necessarily accurately reflective of any such publicly available guidelines. I understand that any standard or guideline quantities used, while essentially correct at the date of publication of this website are subject to change/amendment from time to time, and so adherence to standards or guidelines is impermanent. I understand that national and international standards for Indoor Air Quality require a cleanzone to be constructed in a particular way, and monitored at 6 month or 12 month intervals after an IAQ inspection. I absolve IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd of responsibility for the construction quality and ongoing monitoring of the cleanzone that my customer on this occasion has hired me to source a report on. I agree that any standard that is declared for this premises, in the report received by me, is incomplete and limited by non-adherence to the construction quality and ongoing monitoring requirements of that standard, and that IAQ Analytics is waived of culpability for the adherence or non-adherence of the premises to any standards.

Client expertise level

I understand that IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd provides reports depending upon the limitations of my equipment, duration of sample, and number of sample replicates, and that the reports produced are limited by my own expertise or lack of expertise in coordinating those factors. I also understand that IAQ Analytics Pty Ltd provides reports depending upon the limitations of my surface sampling methods and the limitations of my own expertise or lack of expertise therein. I understand that my results will be based upon a combination of the limitations listed.

I agree to, and understand, all the terms and conditions shown above under the headings "The site and the submitter", "The equipment, the data and the report", "Relationship to published standards and guidelines", and "Client expertise level".
